Guest Post: How to Contact Your Guardian Angel • Crystal Healing Techniques

What is a guardian angel and how can they help you? Let’s discuss. First of all, why it is that you should be interested in speaking with a guardian angel? The reason you should be interested in speaking to a guardian angel is because they know what’s best for you, they understand basically everything about you, they understand who you are, what you’ve been through, what’s coming in the future. They can warn you about things in the future, they can explain the reasons why certain things happen and other things did not happen. Your guardian angel has all the knowledge you need.

So, in order to understand how to speak to your guardian angel one must first understand what a guardian angel is, so let’s go through this. Basically, everyone who’s born on Planet Earth comes through with a guardian angel and this angel’s job is to shepherd them through life or to make sure things go according to the highest will. The angel makes sure the person’s life is a good life and a successful life and the kind of life that is fruitful. Basically, your guardian angel is there to shepherd you and guide you, as well as protecting you, but protection is something that’s often not needed.

Now a guardian angel is the most caring being, they love you tremendously, they absolutely adore you and you have at least one or two, sometimes three of these beings watching over you and protecting you. However, you may not even know they’re there, the reason is usually they are like a silent protector, they don’t make their presence known.

But there are times when people have spoken to their guardian angels or even seen them in a vision, it’s completely possible to see your guardian angel.

So today we are going to do a method which will teach you how to get a message from your guardian angel and receive their spiritual blessings as well as how to understand what they’re trying to teach you or explain to you or provide to you.

Contacting Your Guardian Angel Meditation

So basically, in order to speak to your guardian angel, you need to be in a really calm, relaxed state. You need to have very little aggravation or aggression or difficulty happening, you need to be really relaxed and peaceful. So don’t try this meditation until you’re relaxed and feeling good.

Meditation Step 1: Protection

So, the method goes like this: You relax, you breathe in all the way down to the base of your spine, you feel the air flowing through your body all the way through. Breathe in and out of few times and then what you do is to get a pen and paper. Now here’s what we do; we basically first of all we establish a boundary of protection to make sure the only thing that speaks to us is our guardian angel, so we call upon the Archangel Michael and we ask Archangel Michael to surround us with a protective bubble.

Meditation Step 2: Invoking Our Angel

Then we feel protected and now we ask from our heart, we must ask from the heart “dear my guardian angel, please come, please communicate with me.”

Meditation Step 3: Love

Now what you do is you imagine your heart is like a beautiful sun and feel the light rays of the sun are your love shining. You shine love outward and you imagine you’re sending love to your guardian angel. You imagine the sun of your heart shines a light to your angel, when you feel that you’re sending love to your guardian angel then you imagine a light comes back and it shines into you. That’s your guardian angel sending love to you. You feel this for a few moments before we do the next step.

Meditation Step 4: Your Message

Now the next step is this: You ask your getting angel to tell you something you say “dear guardian angel, do you have a message for me?” and then you wait.

Now you ask the guardian angel to make the words appear in your mind and then you get your pen and paper and you just write down the first thing that comes to your mind. It could be something like “I’ve got you by the hand, I’ll always be there for you” or it could be something like “tomorrow will be a good day” or it could be something more important like “there is something coming in your life that you need to be aware of, such and such will happen.”

So that is a simple process where you can get a very short, succinct message. If you want to learn how to channel your guardian angel, how to actually channel, I can recommend this free course which is very good.
