Pesticides Registration in India is governed under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and regulated by the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIBRC). Any manufacturer or importer intending to produce, sell, distribute, or import insecticides and pesticide products must obtain prior registration approval from CIBRC.
